video card longer than slot, remove drive bays?

Hi there. I just read a post about the best gaming pc under $ 550. There was a pcpartpicker site at: pcpartpicker.com/p/2UkOx

I wanted to know that about compatibility it says that the video card is longer than the slot, I should remove the drive bays. Should it be a problem?? Or can u recommend me any other motherboard?

Normally most cards are longer than the slot itself, ATX motherboard is 9.6" wide max and if the card is that long or shorter it will fit fine with drive bays in and often will fit with cards even longer depending on the case.
