Video Card/ Mobo Compatibility Issue: GTX550 Vid, A88-G45 Mobo

Would my old ASUS NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti 1 GB DDR5 vid card be compatible with a MSI A88X-G45 gaming mobo? I've got a new build and was hopeful that I could keep my old vid card.

I've tried to run it through some online compatibility sites, but they couldn't find the vid card.

Other pieces:
CPU: AMD A10-7850K
Mem Corsair Vengeance 8GB 240 pin DDR3 1866
PSU: LEPA N 500W

Update: Everything works fine minus the Vid Card. I can use the integrated Vid just fine, but if I attach the GTX my monitor only says "no signal". I'm using the same Monitor/Cable for both ways, and the Vid Card worked just fine in my old rig.

Any tips??

Need to go into BIOS and set primary Graphics to PCI-E
