Video card not being detected

Hello!
I've recently bought a GT1030. When I insert it in PCI slot , it sends no signal. Also,if i try to connect via integrated graphics, the dedicated video card is still undetected in device manager.
I have a hp 0B40h motherboard . I tried to reinstall bios , to disable integrated card and still no solution. Can you help me ?

Did you use PCI Express (2.0) x16 port ? If yes try it with PCI Express (1.0) x16 port if that works

There should be 2x pcie connectors in that board

I think it may be the cable since the integrated graphics doesn't work while then gt 1030 is plugged.(that means the gt 1030 works)

Are you connecting the cable to the GT 1030 when it's installed?

Yes, when I'm connecting to gt 1030 monitor doesn't receive signal.
