Video card not working

I have a dell latitude 610 and diagnostics says my video card driver needs to be updated to run my dvdrw, this is a refurbished laptop that runs windows 7 can you help me find a video card that works

Hello... have you gone to "Live Windows update"... look under Hardware recomendations? for a driver listed?
