Video card problem or power supply problem?

So, I've been running into some issues with Fallout 4 crashing recently, and I'm having a hard time tracking down the cause/solution. I'm not exactly sure where to start, so I'll just list a bunch of things that I do know about the situation.

1) General specs are:
i7-2600K (NOT overclocked - I know, not overclocking a K CPU)
GTX 680's in SLI
Antec 1200W PSU (I know it's overkill - I was clueless when I bought it)

2) This is a very recent issue, starting since just a couple of weeks ago. A few months ago, when Fallout 4 first came out, I was able to play without any problems whatsoever. What happens now is the game will just stop working, and while I'll be able to alt-tab into the desktop, I'll be unable to end task through the task manager. Because of this, I'm forced to hard-reboot the computer.

The crashes are seemingly random. Some times I can play for an hour straight without any problems. Sometimes it happens in 15 minutes.

Interestingly, since the problem started happening, there was a small period of time when the game would BSOD into a "system thread exception not handled dxgmms2.sys" error, but for some reason that BSOD doesn't occur anymore. Now it only just freezes, as described above.

3) I haven't been able to test out other games extensively, unfortunately. I did test out Unigine Heaven a few times, however, and I don't seem to have any problems with it. Just today, I was able to run it for 2-hours, without any crashes whatsoever.

4) I will note, however, the temps do run a bit high on the video cards. During Unigine Heaven, it can go as high as 93-94C, which I understand is pretty high. But again, I've run it for 2-hour straight at those temps, without any problems. With Fallout 4, the game would crash at just 85C, which isn't nearly as high as 93-94.

5) I have the latest Nvidia drivers. I have also used DDU to completely clean out my system of video drivers in safe mode, selected the option to prevent Windows from automatically updating drivers, and it did not help.

And just yesterday, GeForce Experience updated my drivers to 368.22, and now I'm receiving "Nvidia driver has stopped responding and has recovered" error messages. With the previous 365.19 drivers, I did not have this problem.

6) What tips me off that this might be a power supply issue is that sometimes a USB hub that I recently purchased won't power up when booting up the computer. I have to unplug and replug the USB hub in order to get it to work.

7) And just today I received "driver_corrupted_expool" and "bad_pool_header" BSODs while trying to set up a mic through Discord. I'm thinking, maybe the power supply is giving problems to the USB hub, and therefore the mic that is connected to the hub is getting problems, too?

So... that's all I have for now. At first the problem is seemingly an graphics card over-heating issue, but the fact that the USB hub doesn't power on on boot, and the fact that I'm receiving so many different error messages (3 different BSOD's, plus video driver errors) is telling me maybe this is a power supply issue? I'm thinking if this was an over-heating issue, the symptoms would be a little more straight-forward.

What are your thoughts? Any help would be appreciated...

Thanks Starcruiser, but I do think I have the latest BIOS. It's an old Z97 board, so the BIOS hasn't been updated in a while.

But I guess as a bit of an update, and to have a written solution down in case people search for similar problems, I managed to stop the crashes, for now, by going into the Nvidia control panel, and setting the 3D settings as "Let the 3D application decide" as opposed to "Use the advanced 3D image settings".

And no more crashes in Fallout 4, for now. I'll report back if I run into any more problems.
