video card Problem

My computer just auto restart when running games (usually after 3 min), no problem for heavy duty vector calculation work

P4 2.6C + stock HSF + msi neo2-ls + 1G corsair xms3200cl2 + msi vtdr128

is it caused by video card overheating?
anyone has any idea?
