Video card question?

Hello i currenly have a phenom x4 9500 with 4 gig of ddr2 800 ram with a gigabyte MA74GM-S2 motherboard. I use this computer in a recording studio for recording bands and music only... I currently use the ATI Radeon 2100hd on board graphics... Would I get more performance if I buy a different video card for my PCIe2.0 slot? I run a software program called cubase 5....

yeah u must buy a medium level external video card and experience the real taste of graphic . what's ur budget ? may I advice sth. for u ?
