Video Card Recomendation Anyone?

Hi,
I have the simplest model of the Asus Geforce 2 GTS which doesn't come with TV out, Just with the out for the monitor. I would like to see if anybody can recommend me a card, like a TV tuner card or something similar to add to my PC that can give the TV-out and/or video-out capabilities.

Thanks for the note, Although I'm looking to add another card to the PC with TV-out functionalities not change the one I have...Unless there's no other solution.

Last year, I was working in a computer retailer and we sold a card that called "WinTv". I must say that I didn't pay good attention to it. However, I know that it was sold as PCI or USB. I can't remember the name of the compagnie that made it, sorry! But I think the name looked like a german name and maybe began with a S. Well, it's not really precise, but I hope you will find something with that!
