Video card upgrade help. OLD MB.

Hello,
I have q9300 2.5 Quad core CPU
4G ram 5300 667 can upgrade to ddr2 800 8GB
9800 GT with 1GB Video.
Vista 64bit.

how can I upgrade these so that I don't spend $ on Video card that would hit bottleneck with CPU/RAM/MB?

Was thinking getting a better Graphics and more RAM (should i bother switching from 667 to 800)?

but MB supports only PCI express x16 (v 1.0)......and RAM 800Mhz...Doest it matter?

the latest drivers are from 2008.....still no loss of performance with this MB?
RAM is now 4GB with 667 speed....wanted to add another 4GB...should i buy all new 8GB 800 speed or its not worth it and just keep 667 by adding just extra 4GB?

I was looking at this one...since the performance seems better??? but i got confused on price? $179-$555? and how come GTX 480 shows faster than GTX 650 Ti?

your 300watt psu also need to be replace, btw.... your new video card will need more power.
