Hi everyone, I'd like to upgrade my video card from GTX 750ti 2gb (what is the one i'm currently using) and i was looking for something that's not too expensive, like the GTX 960. So my questions are:
1) Is it worth from 750ti to 960?
2) I have 2 options the "Asus STRIX-GTX960 DC2OC 2GD5" for 208€ and the " Gigabyte GV-N960 OC 4GD " for 223€
3) What are your suggestions?

Solution
Honestly, the 960 is about double the performance of a 750ti. The ASUS 960 has a higher boost clock than the gigabyte so for the 15 euro difference I would go for the ASUS. Gigabyte card also requires minimum of 400watt psu. Asus draws 150watts max. However it does only have 2gb of GDDR5 so that might be a negative factor for you. Games that use lots of high resolution textures can consume upwards of 3gb in reference to modern games of the last 2 years. That is, if you run the game on high to ultra. Assuming you do not game, then the 2gb card should be just fine.
Overall it really comes down to what you want to do with your new card.

It's a pretty great upgrade, however saving up just a bit more for a GTX 970 would do you wonders. You...
