Video card upgrade?

Here are my computer specs:
CPU : Intercore i5 3350P
motherboard : Foxconn 2ADA
RAM : 6 GB DDR3
current video card : NVIDIA GeForce GT 630

I want to upgrade my computer, whats the best video card that allows me to run games on the best graphics and whats the highest amount of RAM I can upgrade to?

Max memory = 16 GB

You can get a GTX 970 which leaves the GT 630 in the dust.

A gtx 970 would be a massive improvement. As for the whole VRAM issue, I don't care I can still run Far cry 4 1080p at high settings well over 60fps

Yep. Don't listen to the Nvidia haters. The GTX 970 does indeed have 4GB of VRAM, even if 0.5GB of it is a bit slower.

I concur. DA Inquisition maxed at 3840x2160 resolution pushes my VRAM usage to the max 4 GB.
