video card upgrade

i was looking to get a better video card and wanted to see what i could get.

i have a core 2 duo @ 2.2ghz, 3gb ram, 300 watt psu and run windows vista. not sure what original video card i had was but it did have 512mb memory on it and worked rather well till it died. so i got a gt 610 synergy edition card with 2gb of memory and thought that would be fine.

was i wrong on that, it seems way worse than what i had. i play games like diablo 3, hots, STO and a few other games. nothing super intensive. dont want to go to high on cost since the system is older and works fine except for the new graphics card.

sorry am at work, yes i am looking for a new card. dont want to go too crazy on cost, am guessing i dont have many choices based on psu. $100 to $150 maybe a bit more since i still feel the other parts work for my needs.

The new R7 360 would be pretty perfect for you. See if you can find one for $100
