Pages 20 - 22 show you what the maximum allowable dimensions are for you particular PC model.

You'll also see what spec. of PSU you have installed. You don't need any separate PCIe power connectors as it is powered by the PCIe slot itself, but a PSU of 300W is recommended by Gigabyte for this particular card for optimal (and safe!) performance. I believe your PSU is < 300W however.

Also, these particular motherboards are often limited to a maximum of 35W of PCIe slot power. You'll need to confirm if this is the case with yours.
