I need some help about my graphics with my PC. I dont know want kind of Video Card do i Have to buy. Here's the spec with my PC

Does Nvidia GT520 will work...

Well, I guess I'll break the ice and be the one to say you haven't provided nearly enough information for anyone to make a valid assessment of your question. Please research these forums and repost the specs generally needed to answer these types of inquiries.

I didn't mean to sound smarmy. But things like power supply specs and motherboard type are very integral to your question.

What is the brand and model (not just wattage) of the PSU? Even a relatively weak OEM PSU that is at least 300W should be able to handle a HD7750. If the PSU is only 250W, then you are probably limited to a HD6450 unless you replace your PSU. This system is sufficiently old that upgrading it piecemeal is probably not a worthwhile use of funds.

What type of Video card will suit me.at the moment in here Nvidia GT210 1GB,Gt520,Gt610 & Raedon HD5450 is available.what is the best out of them that will wok according to these specifications.Do i have to buy a 1GB card.will it hepls to play Games in my PC.

I would say in general I would pick the 5450, but it's up to you. The GT 520 is good too for the $, so which ever is cheaper.
