Have you gotten this setup working? What video card.
I just installed an AMD/ATI HD5750 and an expansion ePowerTec EP-450CD power supply (goes in an open CD bay) into my HP p6130f.
When I boot, I get a blank screen (at boot time, not Windows), but the fan on graphics card is spinning... so it's getting some power.
After troubleshooting a bunch I called AMD support (which was pretty good and no wait once I found the number) and the guy said that it seems like the card isn't getting enough power.
Wattage wise, one 450w power supply should be able to power the card on startup (the graphics card is the only thing plugged into it), but he said the amperage might be an issue.
I don't know how to read this, but the specs at ePower say the 2 12V rails give 20 amps each, 38 together. The AMD tech said I should really have 25 amps.

Does this mean that if I only have one thing plugged in, it should be getting 38A? Could I use a Y-splitter cable to combine the 2 20A into a 38A? Do I need a different PSU? If the last, we can't recommend this 5.25 PSU for video cards that require > 20A.
More discussion on amp requirements for this card, ranging from 9.2A!!?! to 40A. Supposedly the ATI recommended PSU is 32A on the 12V rails.
Any input on this is appreciated. Thanks.
