How can I tell if my Video card supports TV RCA/S-Video output through the VGA port?
When I look in Device Manager it only shows "Legacy Video Capture Device".
I also found something that says, Indeo video 5.0

What is your video card? Most modern cards support Svideo out, but not through the VGA port. It should be a black round port, most often between the VGA port and DVI port. (or on very modern video cards, between the DVI ports.) There are VGA to Svideo adapters if you need one.
