Video disconnecting when inactive.

(note): Ive disabled the built in graphics with the APU I have (cpu and gpu combined) and I enabled the GeForce GTX 750

So I pressed the Start Menu and locked my computer. Shortly after I saw the blue screen of my TV/monitor. When I move the mouse the lock screen comes back. So it does this when left inactive. Ive unlocked it and started using it again the next morning, still does it even when not on lock screen. This is new and its never done this. It just like disconnects the output, I dont want this. And side note, recently my graphics have been cutting out, so Im scrolling online or playing a game, then I get a freeze, black screen, than a reconnect with the date and time and HDMI 2 thing at the top screen of my screen. Dont know if I need to adjust settings, or if my cards just getting old, not playing any newer games but.

Did you update your drivers recently? If so try rolling back to the previous stable drivers.
