Video Drivers wont stay installed Nvidia code 10

Hello,
I have an new M2n68am MB and a Nvidia 8800gt OC. My Graphics drivers don't show up as in and the 8800 shows up as CODE 10. So I uninstalled the drivers completely and reinstalled them and they still come up as not in and reverts to a base graphics driver. And during boot up on the windows splash screen I get these blue hash marks all over the place. HELP! (all work was done in safe mode BTW.

could you take a screenshot of the blue hash marks and post it here?. it could be the card that's bad

Is it the same result if done in normal mode rather than safe mode?

Can I screenshot during load-up windows splash screen?

Yes it's the same result in normal and safe.

Now it looks like I got it to stick but when I try to tax the system (play a game like CS or the new LOTRO Aragourns Quest, it crashes out and reboots in default VGA.

I'm guessing I am underpowered. my AC is only a 400w. running 3 fans plus front panel display and 8800 gt oc and it's needs plus CPU fan.
