Video Editing Begginer .. your advice please

Hi everybody ..

I'm planing to assemble a PC for video editing and i have some question..

1- is the quadro fx1800 suitable for video editing or it is most suitable for 3D rendering ?
2- if it yes, is the card help me to save quality of original video or with small loss at least ?
3- if it No, what is the most suitable card can help me in my work ?

no the quadro is overkill

go with an ATI 5770 or even an ATI 5850

they will be enough
