Hi,

Please comment on my proposed video editing build. Will be using Premiere Pro (and After Effects to a lesser extent) for 1080p video editing for Vimeo and YouTube - budget is strictly under £1400. I also require a silent machine and midi sized case as it needs to be easily portable. I'm not interested in overclocking.

Case - COOLERMASTER SILENCIO 452 QUIET MID TOWER CASE
Processor - i9-9900K (3.6GHz) 16MB Cache
Motherboard - ASUS® PRIME Z370-P II: ATX, LGA1151, USB 3.1, SATA 6GBs
Memory (RAM) - 32GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 2666MHz (2 x 16GB)
Graphics Card - 4GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1050 Ti - DVI, HDMI, DP
OS Hard Disk - 240GB ADATA SU650 2.5" SSD, SATA 6 Gb (520MB/R, 450MB/W)
Project M.2 SSD Drive - 500GB SAMSUNG 970 EVO M.2, PCIe NVMe (up to 3400MB/R, 2300MB/W)
Power Supply - CORSAIR 450W VS SERIES™ VS-450 POWER SUPPLY
Processor Cooling - CoolerMaster Hyper 212X (120mm) Fan CPU Cooler

you don't need a high end cpu for 1080p rendering in premiere pro, it really makes a difference when dealing with 4k. it is explained a bit further in this gamers nexus vid https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tj6rUdhmIvQ
if you are keen on the 9900k then make sure you get a z390 mobo (not z370). the 9900k is very power hungry when running overclocked (even on the bios boost) and gets really hot, i would consider a noctua nh d15 for cooling and possibly a higher quality psu.
