Video Editing Build; Need Suggestions; $1200

Looking for suggestion on a PC build for video editing. Video editing is the primary reason for this build and gaming secondary. So far I have a couple of pieces of hardware that I was able to purchase from a friend and they were used only once for review. Here's my parts list:

Case: Corsair Carbide 330r (already purchased form a friend)
CPU: Intel i7-3770k
Motherboard: Asus Maximus V Gene (already purchased form friend)
Memory: Debating between Corsair Vengence and G-Skill Ripjaws 16 GB (debating mostly for looks)
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 650ti
SSD: Intel 530 Series 180 GB
HDD: Probably going to be using externals for this
PSU: Corsair CX600M (Already purchased brand new from store)

Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated. I am looking to buy the remaining components in about a month.

Since you already have the motherboard, you are pretty much locked in. Ivy Bridge is the previous CPU generation, but it should still work well for you. I might recommend the Samsung EVO 240GB SSD, it is a great choice and gives you some more room.
