Now, I'm needing to do lots of video editing (1080P) and my computer is so slow! What would the upgrade priority be? What are better CPU's for this? Intel or Ryzen? What would a low-budget upgrade? What would be a mid-budget upgrade? Budget is $500.

Somebody has offered me Asroch Extreme 3 mobo with an i5 4670k and 16GB RAM 2110mhz (idk the right number). Would I take that? How much would be fair?

assume you can reuse your windows license, if not use win 10 for trial version.

What PSU is it? 4670k is faster in single thread but 1600 has doubled threads.

I'll have to check it's PSU when I get home. What is needed for video editing for sure? What is the major component you should consider? CPU and RAM? Or is the SSD also a crucial part?
