Question Video Editing PC Opinions and Thoughts

I am going to be building a video editing pc for my older brother for his birthday. This is the computer that I have come up with and put together. I am wanting opinions on if this is a good setup and any critiques to what I have.

The idea is to be able to edit videos in 1080p

Pretty good setup. Don't understand that HDD though. Any specific reason to go for a more expensive and slower drive???

Uh. There is not a reason for a more expensive and slower HDD. Thank you for pointing this out to me actually! I replaced it with the one you suggested. I must have been blind when looking at a HDDs and didn't see a faster and cheaper HDD.

This is a perfect video editing PC. You have chosen the right parts. You can not only edit 1080p videos but also 4K videos on this beast video editing PC.
