nvidia quadro k620
asus m5a97 r2.0
ram 8gb
samsung optical drive
1tb hdd
seasonic s12 620w

i use after effect cs6,adobe premier,autodesk maya,3d max,and other video editing software

is it good spec?

Looks fine.

I am not familiar with the GPU compute (or CUDA) with the nVidia Quadro k620, however, and how that helps you in CS6. The Radeon/FirePro cards are quite potent in editing/rendering in Vegas.

A pro card is not convinient with your softs, a simple CUDA (For AE6, Premiere, 3DSmax .... ) gaming card, like GTX 770, will be just better

The big advantage of the Quadro card would be seen in "Autodesk, Maya, and 3DS Max" where the special drivers of the pro card are more advanced than those of a desktop card.

It makes a big difference in modeling, and even 2D line work.
