hi, I am looking to build a great video editing pc for around 700 dollars. I have a few parameters and I need help picking parts I need 16gb ram and a quad core cpu.

youll want a cpu cooler as soon as you can spare $30 even for a Cooler Master 212 EVO, because that cpu runs hot on the stock cooler and you wont be able to overclock.
