[SOLVED] Video editing quality question, kbps or mbps, which one is important?

YouTube says 5Mbps is ok for SDR 720p video uploading with low frame rates, however my editing software is Movie Studio 15 (formerly Sony Movie Studio got purchased by MAGIX) and this software includes numbers like x.xxx.xxx for its average bitrate and xxx.xxx.xxx for max bitrate, and it says "bps" instead of kbps or mbps, I'm a bit lost here, I'm trying to do render in 5mbps, what numbers should I write in average for 5mbps? My upload speed sucks so trying to save as much as possible too, thanks in advance and have a great day,
