Video Editing Software for under $200

i make gameplay videos and montages on youtube, i have been using windows movie maker for months and im just about sick of it. even though its free and easy to use i hate the lack of features, slow load times and lack of features. features i am looking for are zoom on a section of the screen/video, time-stamp and easy method to add music and sound effects.

Adobe After Effects / Premier cloud software (you get to use 12 months)

Those are really the best ones out there. I don't use anything else so I can't recommend anything else.

Mostly video editing software you can get under $200 with those music and effects features. Since you mainly use it for gameplay videos, you may need the feature to capture the game screen, you may check Smartpixel video editor, it has screen capture and video editing functions 2 in 1.

Adobe premiere elements is a good budget editing software for around $55. The creative cloud plan for premiere pro is even better, but much more expensive, $20 a month. Sony movie studio 13 or platinum suite 12 are good options as well for $122 for studio 13 and $78 for platinum suite 12. All will work for what you want.
