video format conversion

Hi does any one know of a decent video converter program that will process multiple output formats simultaneously to save time

ok I found prism video converter its ok does the Job can do multiple files simultaneously and is quite quick also 50% off atm it comes with a mpeg 2 licence do I need one? Haven't checked the quality yet but will later.

well the conversions not great to some formats bu id did convert of a memory stick might have something to do with it. I dunno any suggestion what I should try next
