[SOLVED] Video Freezes and makes a weird buzzing noise(?)

Ever since I switched over, every once in a while when watching something or playing a game, the picture will hang, I guess and make a weird stuttery buzzy noise... I don't know if it's Win11 or if it's hardware, Just seeing if anyone has any similar issue

If you are using AMD GPU that's pretty much normal. I've this occasionally with windows 10. Then AMD releases an update which fix this. Later on another update resurrect the issue. In my case when this buzzing noise with hang happens at times PC restart button doesn't work. I've to unplug the PC.
