Video In Quality

I want to connect my PlayStation2 to my PC using video in function, so which card would you guys recommend? A GeForce4 Ti4600 VIVO or Radeon 9500 Pro with a seperate tv tuner card or video capture card? Which solution gives me best video in quality?

I would defenetly get the 9500Pro with a separate TV-tuner, if I were you. The 9500Pro is about as fast as the Ti4600 (if I remember correctly) and is more future-proof since it´s a DX9-generation card. I also beleive that the video-quality of a separate TV-tuner aimed at only this purpose will have better video-quality.
