Question Video in slo-mo... sometimes!? (*BIOS)

I think maybe I toggled the wrong thing in my BIOSTAR A880G+ mobo BIOS settings. I was 99% sure I changed everything back again, but the problem persists.

The weird thing is - this happens on some boots and not others. Usually if the video is 10FPS, a reboot will solve that. The other weird thing is - this doesn't seem to affect games. I can run 3D games just fine, even heavy modern ones, it's only the video files that are affected.

My solution is to take photos of all the BIOS screens (of which there are a bunch) and then "load defaults", which I'm hesitant to do because things might actually get worse. I remember it being tricky to set up initially and I'd rather not screw with it ever again.

If anyone is familiar with this board and had this issue, any help would be wonderful!

I seem to have figured this out...

It was a setting called "GameBoost hotkey". Sounds like a good thing, right? I mean, if it's a 'hotkey' then it sounds pretty optional and (meanwhiles) harmless, riiiight? Hmph...

I set that sucker to disabled.
