Hi everyone, i recently upgraded from a 1080p monitor up to a 1440p monitor. The screen looks great and overall works well but I've noticed that recently I'm getting this issue where when I'm gaming my mouse will skip almost as if it's shutting off and turning on at another point on the screen. I've tried plugging in my mouse to make sure it wasn't the battery and used different surfaces for the mouse. Still no change. My main monitor is 1440p with 144hz enabled. My secondary is 1080p at 75hz. Wondering if maybe this is the issue? Also, I've noticed that very recently this "mouse skipping" is starting to happen even when I'm on the windows home screen and also while on my secondary monitor. I've got a Ryzen 5 2600X stock speed, a 1080 FTW2 DT stock speed, and 32GB of RAM. Is it possible that 1440p is too high for my system? I've also tried running my games at lower resolution but no change. Hope I've provided enough info. Thanks to anyone who replies!
