video keeps lagging

I have been watching anime on kissanime.com on my laptop but it has slowed down two were its lagging a lot, so much that its really hard to even watch a video. I don't know what causes it but i still want to watch anime on that site. Please help! I have tried it with google crome and internet explorer. Both lag on the site

look at your ram usage by holding control alt delete at the same time, then click on task manager. Tell me the percentage of cpu usage and ram usage while on kiss anime.

because you might have too many software running in the background, creating stress on your component, which results lag.
