Question Video not smoothly (mp4/1080p/60fps )

Hello guys,

I made video (mp4/1080p/60fps ) with my camera. In this camera is playig smoothly, but in my computer not. During playing this video on computer is in MSI Afterburner "VID usage" to high (max. 95%). How can I solve this issue?

because the system is from decade ago, most mid level smart phone is better than that system

I don´t think it´s about old system. I played this video also on new computer (Intel i5... I don´t know the pc spec exacly) and the video was also not smoothly. In my computer are running all 720p60fps and also 1080p30fps videos with any problems. I don´t know exacly but I think it´s about some h264 codec or hardware acceleration in player or something like this, thatswhy I´am asking.

old system don't have hardware decode for new codec, it have to do software, which old system not good enough to do
there is now 9th gen of i5. and the oldest i5 is also decade old

What frame rate is the video recorded at? You might have it set to 24 FPS, which doesn't convert to 60hz monitors very well.
