Video Not Working and Fail to Sleep

So basically my computer will run fine up until I'm usually about to log off. It will freeze frame on the first frame of any video, twitch stream, and freeze on facebook (meaning i cant scroll up and down). Then usually I try to put it to sleep so the monitors shut off and my computer turns off, but my computer is still on (fans are running and what not). It then just shuts off and i have to push the power button in order to start it again and a i get a blue screen error that occurs. Any advice? thanks guys

If your system was working fine before then
Try system restore to get your system back to normal.

Also do this.
1. Try scanning your system for Virus using any free antivirus solution.
2. Scan for Malware and remove them using anti malware software.

Also the last resort sadly will be
Format and do a fresh windows installation.

hey tom thanks for the response!

ive done everything you said and the problem is still persisting. do you think it could possibly be my motherboard thats causing the problem? ive been reading up on some other articles and they have said that is was their motherboard thats been causing the problem.
