Video options for Far Cry 3

I am trying to figure out how to maximize my Frame rate without sacrificing too much and I am unfamiliar with some of the options you are able to change (There seems like alot). I have been getting roughly 30-40fps with it dropping to 15-20 sometimes while running or shooting. I was hoping someone much more experienced with PC gaming could shed some light on what options I can reduce to help max this out.

GPU: HD Radeon 7850 1GB
1920x1080 resolution (in game)
Direct x11

We need full computer specifications.
Also, off of what you told me, (Very rough answer), you need more VRAM, just get a 7850 2gb, if you have more money then that, 7870, 660 ti, 660, 7950, 670.

use very high instead of ultra...turn msaa off and use SSAO instead of HDAO/HBAO.
