When the video card is at over 60% power consumption - video output disappears. What is wrong?

Could be number of things:

overheating,​

bad OC,​

OC software interference,​

corrupted drivers,​

failing GPU,​

failing PSU.​

overheating - check temperatures (with MSI afterburner).
bad OC - reduce OC, remove OC.
OC software interference - uninstall OC software.
corrupted drivers - reinstall drivers.
failing GPU - replace GPU.
failing PSU - replace PSU.

i think it's pretty self explanatory
use an online power consumption calculator , add all your parts and see if 750 watts is enough for all your computer .
and read on your psu what the real wattage for your psu output is .

750 seems to be more than enough. The psu is A tier and should be good
