overheating,bad OC,OC software interference,corrupted drivers,failing GPU,failing PSU.Check everything.

750 seems to be more than enough. The psu is A tier and should be goodi think it's pretty self explanatory
use an online power consumption calculator , add all your parts and see if 750 watts is enough for all your computer .
and read on your psu what the real wattage for your psu output is .
