Video output only comes through iGPU, and not GPU.

I searched and found a few similar problems to mine, but the threads were old and no solutions worked for me. So, as the title says, the only way I can get video is through the Intel HD graphics. I set the BIOs to go to PCIe 1 (or whatever it's called), and for it to ignore the iGPU. But still, it ONLY recognizes the iGPU. My card is powered, fans run, but plugging my monitor into the GTX 760 gets nothing. Not even bios, my monitor just goes to sleep mode. I don't have another PC to test this on.

Specs:

EVGA GTX 760

Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 5

Intel i5 6600 3.3 MGHz

2x 4gb Cruicial 2400 DDR4 ram

Antec one case
