So my issue is as follows, I am simply watching youtube on one monitor and playing minecraft on the other, nothing intensive. It happens at random times, but all my monitor inputs just shut off all at once. My first thought is over-heating, however I am checking GPU-Z using the senors tab and it says my current GPU temp is 53C. I have been watching it the past ten minutes, doing the exact same things as I do when it crashes, no changes. I have install malwarebytes premium and scanned my computer, nothing. I am also listening to music while this happens, and it remains playing as it loses the video signal, however the audio is coming from my front IO which further leads me to believe that its a graphics card problem.

My system specs:
32GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB DDR4 DRAM
i7-8700K @ 3.70GHz (using corsair hydro H100x)
GTX 1070 Founders Edition

I have no clue how to fix this, any help would be appreciated.

System loads while doing the same activities:

CPU: 17-25% @ 4.3GHz
Memory: 26% @ 2133MHz
GPU: 14% @ 52C
