Video output toTV with Pinnacle Studio AV/DV Version 9

Hi,
I just purchased Pinnacle Studio AV/DV Version9 capture card , it has
an SVideo port in and an SVideo port out.
Capturing video works fine; but I'm trying to output whatever is in my
desktop on my TV by connecting card SVideo out to my TV SVideo in, but
nothing happens. Can anyone help me on this ?

Just a guess, but you'll have to tell your computer that you have the extra
video output and configure it.

Be sure you've installed the drivers for the new video card.

Presuming you're using Windows, Go to Start->Settings>Control
Panel->Display->Settings and configure your TV output as a secondary
monitor.
