Video\photo editing and gaming pc build for under $680

I'm looking to build a pc that can handle blender, adobe Premiere, Photoshop and Dreamweaver because i am an amateur web developer\ game designer lots of times i have all of the open at the sometime. I also like to play minecraft and world of warcaft and my pc now only does at max 20 fps for these games.

btw BECAREFUL with GeForce GT 640 2GB 128-bit DDR3
as adobe premiere needs at least NVIDIA with 1GB DDR5... consider GT 650 DDR5

and add corsair cx430 on it this cheap PSU is decent
