Question Video playback delay when rewinding backward/forward in Google Chrome ?

Video playback delay when rewinding backward/forward in Google Chrome. If i do the same in Firefox, there is no such problem.
Video for comparison. Chrome on the left, Firefox on the right. Both browsers are updated to the final versions.

^ I've noticed that happen on my version of Chrome but apparently it doesn't happen all the time. It goes away and I can watch content without the lag you've mentioned.
