video problem in dell inspiron 15R N5110

Hello guys i'm new to this forum,i have a serious video problem on dell inspiron 15R N5110 videos playing in my computer are not so clear there is a shaky tiny dots all over the video screen,i changed the os,drivers and searched many days for this problem i haven't find single solution please tell me what's the problem in my laptop by seeing the image i'm posting here {sorry for my english}

try to change the program you use to play videos, maybe some effects are turned on causing the dots

i tried many programs,drivers even changed the windows

try the video on another pc, maybe it's the video itself

not only one video (pic i posted) most of the videos with low quality like 360p but bluray videos playing better.i ran the system diagnosis from dell it shows your hard drive maybe imminent backup your files and replace your hard drive but i don't have any problems with hard drive. i don't understand what the problem is

go to display settings -> adjust resolution and make sure the resolution set is the recommended one.

yeah i checked it many times resolution.i checked refresh rate everything no change
