[SOLVED] Video recording - Where to begin?

I am looking to record some short videos and post them on IG, but I want a virtual background. I have a green screen and a webcam and have been recording with a virtual background using Zoom, but the frame rate that Zoom records is 25, I need 30. Also the video picture quality is lacking.

Can someone point me in the right direction on getting started on video recording?
