Hello,
We want to do the following:
1. Have an extended desktop
2. Have the main monitor
3. Have 2 secondary monitors
4. Send image from 2 secondary monitors a projector

Currently we have two DVI video cards in our Dell. One goes to the main monitor. The second one goes to the input of an analog splitter. When we connect two monitors and the projector to the splitter the projector goes blank and it acts as if it is not receiving any signal. When we only have one monitor plugged it, the projector receives the signal and works. Can anyone help?

So you are daisy chaining your DVI through one of the secondary monitors to your projector? Could be a too long of a run and not enough power to push the signal. If this is the problem try a signal booster or repeater there are some affordable ones at Amazon

Ideally your best bet would probably be a good 4-port splitter and just run everything from it with a DVI to VGA adapter if needed. I've used the VGA extender from this page for a similar configuration and it worked well: http://www.networktechinc.com/video-splitter.html there's a DVI splitter on there too.
