Hi.
I have a problem where videos in fullscreen are tearing or stuttering - I actually don't know how to correctly call it (not all programs though, noticed it only in Discord and Medal (medal.tv app))...
It's really annoying and you almost can't watch the video
I have an example of a random clip (sometimes it's even worse than that)... Please ignore those weird rectangles, I just put them there to hide the names. I sometimes paused it during the clip because it tears even more after being unpaused so you can see what I mean.
On Discord, I noticed that it tears a lot even when the video is paused...
Graphic drivers are up-to-date
