I'm at my wit's end here - I've built a new PC (specs below), fresh Windows install. While playing certain GPU heavy games (Shadow of Tomb Raider, NBA 2K23, etc) I get regular black screen of death, where I can still hear audio for a few seconds before the computer restarts. This doesn't happen with other less GPU intensive games e.g. PUBG.
Upon research, I found multiple threads describing a similar problem due to iCUE - which I promptly uninstalled, but alas, the problem persists.
My temps are stable, I also went ahead and underclocked the GPU (-30 both the core and memory clock). I ran memtest for 17 hours (25 passes, 0 errors). OCCT stress tests for GPU cause no crashes nor temp flareups. CPU stress test went a little high for my liking (85ish) but for some reason, PSU stress test made one core go up to 95) - regardless, as I've said, when these crashes happen all temps are stable...
I've uninstalled graphics driver with DDU (in safe mode), reinstalled from Gigabyte's website, and GeForce; I've checked the power connectors, and installed the GPU on another PCI-e slot...I followed instructions from this video and did whatever cmd prompts it instructed.

There's only 6 crash dumps but I assure you it's crashed *every* single time upon the playthroughs and my tests (not the stress tests, but I can test it by trying to go through a single NBA 2k23 game - it always crashes before I can finish a game).
Specs: CPU: i5 13600K, GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3080 12GB, RAM: 32GB DDR5 Corsair Vengeance, MOBO: MSI PRO 790-P WIFI, PSU: Corsair RM1000E, Storage: Crucial P3 Plus 2TB M2
