Question Video TDR failure and video management internal error

hello good people, I've been experiencing this types of bsod errors over these past week and even today, whenever I open both revit and AutoCAD, the pc runs into this video tdr failure and the video management internal error frequently such that the pc can only function well if I'm not running these graphics intensive softwares, when I check on installed updates I can see some updates that installed due to windows update and I'm suspecting that it's the source of maybe corrupt drivers, I've even downloaded DDU uninstaller for graphic driver uninstallation and downloaded the Nvidia quadro P3000 from Nvidia website and intel hd 630 from intel website and installed them a fresh, but the problem still persist, I'm thinking of doing a clean windows installation and then installing the Nvidia graphics card downloaded from the Nvidia website and the intel hd, then going to the dell website to install the remaining drivers and then permanently restricting the windows update in order to avoid the updates corrupting, I'm I likely gonna succeed solving these frequent BSOD, and even if I restrict windows update permanently, I will still have to enable it so that my oc can download and install Microsoft framework 3 by enabling it from the turn windows feature on or off, I'll accept your suggestions on how I can overcome these annoying bsod that occurs to me whenever I'm using these architectural software

IMO it's not Windows but the GPU itself that's gone bad.

and what could be the temporary fix for this lets say before I get another laptop

and can doing a factory reset on my pc then installing Windows a fresh remove the video tdr failure, I'm considering doing a factory reset and then starting over, if it wont work then I'll consider buying another mobile workstation
