Video Tearing HDTV HTPC

I built an HTPC with an i3-4330 (HD graphics 4600), Asus H87i-Plus w/ latest Bios and Intel detected drivers. In 1080

TV is a Hisense k610 55", Overscan off, All enhancements off

Netflix and other HD videos have this irritating "Tearing". I've messed around with almost every setting and had no improvements. "Hz" settings didn't matter whether it's in the 20's ~ 60i/p.

I'm at a loss. Running Windows 7 with Firefox, latest Flash and Silverlight as well.

Same problem on a normal monitor? TV's have real bad response times.

Haven't tried that yet. 29p seems to be the best looking, so far, with the intel settings.

Do you know of a TV with good response times and no bleeding backlight?

All have bad response times. That's why people buy monitors.

You're right, nobody should buy a tv
