Video Upgrade for Acer aspire AM3802-U9062

I am new to this forum so try to be nice

I did a search and could not find any info on here for this PC. It was a really good deal for a Quad core with 8 gigs of ram, the only weak spots are the video card (GT220) and the power supply (300w). I really am not a heavy gamer but I want to get Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2 when they come out, what are my options for video cards? Am I going to need a new power supply?

My monitor is a 20" HP 2009m which is why I put it in the HP section, if a mod wants to move it to a better section they can.

Thanks, do you know if that stuff will fit in the case? It says it is a mini case, the dimentions listed are 14.8"(L) x 7.1"(W) x 16.4" (H) it seems like a mid case to me.

Do you think there will be room for a slightly better card? I was thinking like a GTX 260 or something? I don't really like upgrading factory built systems, so I only want to do it once and it needs to be a good enough card to last a while.
